The puppies are 5 weeks old today so we took them outside for their pictures!

                 Gideon was oh so happy to pose for his picture!  This little guy will steal your heart.

They puppies just love eating puppy food. All of them are doing well on it.  They still love to steal a snack from mommy when she stands still long enough. They definitely have their own personality and we are having so much learning to know each one!!

We had the puppies outside for a bit today but, it was to warm so we brought them back inside.  They felt the cool air coming from our sons room and all crawled to door they keep pushing an eventually got the door open and all barreled in.  Here they are snoozing.

After sleeping awhile they got real playful chewing on our toes, ears, shaking blanket ect.

Finally Taffy came to see what they were up to and immediately it was snack time.

Taffy is our 5 years Pure Breed Golden Retriever . She is our son Marcus's dog but we all love her. Taffy loves to be right besides us and thrives on attention.  She has a beautiful personality. This is her second litter.  She had 5 boys and 5 girls.

The puppies are 4 weeks old tomorrow and we were having fun taking pictures.  Today they started eating and drinking from a pan.  I think Taffy is happy that they are finally starting to eat some puppy food!\"/  They are really starting to play, growl, and bark at each other.  Some are enjoying chewing on a shoe.

 Benjamin is the darkest of the males. Calm and cuddly loves to held..

 Frank is very outgoing and was the 1st puppy to bark! He loves attention. and Caleb

 Adam  weighs the most. Very Cuddly, A very contented puppy. Temperament is wonderful!

 Gideon is the smallest and the lightest Golden of the males.  He calm and laid back, he will snuggle his way into your heart.

 Ruth(missing her brown collar) is the darkest puppy just like her mother. She is calm has a phenomenal temperament.

 Milly was the 1st of the girls to bark. She begs to be played with. Very adventorous and mischievous.

 Dorcas calm pup that loves to sleep.  Would sleep through most anything now.

 Liza Sue is the largest  girl very energetic, loves to play. She will steal your heart

 Alice Our daughters favorite. She is the smallest girl, and just adorable.

The puppies are 3 weeks we had just put their collars on.  We are all enjoying playing, and loving these adorable puppies.

June 17, this evening the puppies had a real outing with our family on the front lawn.  All the puppies were running around growling and barking at each other.  Grabing a bite of food from Mommy when she would lay still long enough. eventually they wore themselves out and one by crawled into our sons blanket and fell asleep. Frank and Liza Sue were the last to crawl to bed. Happy dreaming puppies.

June 11 Today we make pretty collars for all of Taffy Puppies. We named them all soon after they were born,  Our Family has a tradition every year over Christmas break we get a few videos from the library and have a family night to watch them,  One year I brought home Seven Brides for Seven Brothers needless to say It is a favorite. So we choose to name our dear puppies after the seven brother and seven Brides. Adam has the multicolor green collar on Milly has the plain dark green collar, Benjiam is wearing a dark blue collar Dorcas is wearing light pink, Caleb is flashing a bright orange collar, Liza Sue has a purple collar, Frank is sporting a red collar, Ruth  is wearing brown when she keeps it on\"/, Gidieon is wearing light blue, Alice is showing off bright pink.  Oh I think they look so cool with their collars on.

June 4  Today the first Puppy Adam has his eyes open.  While Marcus was sitting and holding a puppy one of them barked!  It was so cute!  The children just showed me that several more of the puppies eyes are starting to open.  Oh the  fun begins now!!

May 30 Taffy's puppies are a week old today.  Growing like weeds look more adorable every day. The children are enjoying sitting down by them and watching them sleep, eat, and wiggle around.  They can hardly wait to hold and play with the puppies.

May 23 We the Kauffman Family are proud to announce the arrival of Taffy's 10 adorable puppies. 5 females and 5 males.  There are all doing fine.  We are so happy and proud of Taffy!  She is such a wonderful mommy.
